This, is why I don't want to be a doctor or a nurse (or more like I can't). Because I know that even if I did, I wouldn't make a good one. I'll be too attached to my patients and far too emotionally to handle anything. I can't watch people suffer or die (not that I think most people can). And it's not just the patients that get to me, but also the patient's family members and close relations; having to deal with the pain of someone they love suffering from an illness. My emotions would definitely get in the way of my work. DEFINITELY. C'mon, have you seen me? I'm a wreck. I cry at virtually anything. I would absolutely empathize with Katherine Heigl's character in Grey's Anatomy.
Therefore I conclude that it's a wise choice for me to not dwell in the medical scene. And let these other brave, noble and respected beings do a better job. =)
(PS: I know this is totally unrelated but I found this and I thought maybe it might come in handy for those of you who are feeling down today.)
This is literally what you first see when you step into the house.
The living room. My favourite spot in the whole house; the couch. =)
The tiny kitchen.
Fart, showing off her art pieces which my mum proudly pastes on the fridge door. -_-
The dinning room. We spent most of our time here as a family. (Well, besides the living room)
And this is as close as you can get to my toilet. Nothing more. Cause it's not exactly the best asset of the house. (Oh, and the white figure there, that's my dad brushing his teeth.)
Shakeel's Room. Okay, more like Fart's corner of the room.
As you can see from the lack of space, this is probably why we need to move.
Yup, more of Fart's treasures; Elmo and friends..

Fart wants be in every photo that is featuring her stuff but I managed to take the above 2 photos without her realizing that I was in her room. Anyhoos, below is the stairs leading to the bed on top which noone ever sleeps on. (Don't ask me why.)
On to my room...
Tada! My bed <3 align="center">
This is what I see whenever I lie on my bed. And there are glow in the dark stars among the clouds. Yerp, it's really pretty in the dark.
The handy-dandy shelf cum full length mirror that's on the other side of it.
Messy Table
Sasha Bear; gift from Vanessa, which sits on the shelf next to my Zig pens =)
The view from my window every morning.
Plus, did I mention we have a pond?
Okay fine, I'm lying. These two pictures above are from Jakarta that I never posted before. But they're purrtee huh?Well, for what it's worth,

Now you get why?
I've been in a sluggish mode since the weekends started and that was approximately 8 hours ago. It's making me feel really guilty but I'm not doing anything to rectify it. Anyway back to being the slug I was, watching YouTube videos after YouTube videos, when I came across this video, titled: "Funny car commercial". Well naturally I thought that it was going to be funny like the title promised. (Kaly, you poor, naive child) But guess what?? It turned out to be some freaky video where everything's alright at the beginning then things start to get boring and you're waiting for something to happen to a point where you're so tempted to close the window and suddenly some seriously demented figure pops up on your screen. For some who actually know me, would know how little a fan I am of horror. So I screamed, shut my laptop cause the figure couldn't stop wailing, ran out and hugged my brother (which, can I just say, is something I do NOT do unless I want to irritate the crap out of him).
That basically put me off YouTube videos for the rest of the afternoon. Just when I thought my encounters with the WorldWideWeb couldn't get worse, MSN decided to fail me. Yet again. I tried to log in but this kept appearing on my screen...
And that really ticked my off. I was cursing the computer for being such a bitch to me lately, when I realized that I was typing this the whole time...
Okay you guys can laugh at my stupidity all you want. I can take it.
Oh!, but the funny (ok maybe not funny, but weirdest) bit was I used to get terribly annoyed at my Chinese teachers, who couldn't seem to ever get my name right and pronounced it as "Kalysiah", so much so that whenever they checked the class attendance and go down the list of names, I'd shout mine out loud before they do. If I'm lucky, they get it right after that. Usually, they'll just go: "Right. And that would be Kaly...siah?" -_-
Yeah, and here I am getting my own name wrong. Serves me right for being a stuck-up-know-it-all.
Right.
It's getting awkward describing my embarrassing moments. I shall go now.
Oh yeah, before I go, a huge SORRY goes out to the J1s who organized the farewell gathering that I did not go for. To those who went, hope you guys had a blast! (I'm so jealous. Here I am, stuck at home.)
Lastly, GO RAFFLES FLOORBALL!!! 'A' divs are in ONE day!
Euuurgh. To read their private thoughts??!! Note: It's PRIVATE. They keep it from you, for a reason you know. Wait, correction: They keep it from the REST OF THE WORLD, for a reason you know.
If you desperately need to know something, don't be a bloody coward. Step up and ASK. And if they don't want to give you an answer, live with it. It's none of your business anyway.
There was one plus point about the house though. There was a playground nearby and it had... SWINGS. Yay. Haha. I can relive my childhood days.
Moving isn't so bad. I'm getting a new room, I can get down to decorating it soon. Yerp, that should be exciting. I'm not doing a good job at comforting myself, eh?
